Initial Consultation


Traditionally, I start with an initial phone consultation, which generally is half an hour in length and is complimentary. A project overview, processes and procedures, with a question & answer session are included.


Along with all those details, I want to make sure you're at ease with the design process and the possible commitment of working together. I understand your project is very special and dear to you, so I want to make sure you'll be guided every step of the way professionally and understood creatively. The "right creative relationship" consists of our mutual collaboration in both areas.



Project Estimates


Each project is unique, so I find the best approach to costing out services (project estimate) is on a per project basis. After our initial phone consultation, we both should have a better understanding of where your project may stand, what materials may still be needed, etc. and given those considerations a written estimate will be provided. The written estimate will also include additional services (and their fees) that can be added later, should you choose to do so.



Payment Terms & Methods


All payment terms are established in the written estimate and are unique to each individual project. A customary non-refundable deposit (percentage of total project fee) is required to begin work.


Personal or business checks, money orders, or credit card payments accepted. Credit card payments are processed on-line with PayPal invoicing. (*You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this option.)
